**Job Summary**:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _**_Buyer Indirect _**_located in _**_Guadalajara, North Campus _**_._- Reporting to the Commodity Manager, Indirect Buyer role involves _being responsible for _coordinates activities involved with procuring direct materials, components and equipment._**What a typical day looks like**:- Mainteining relations with the suppliers._- Placing orders for necessary raw materials and purchased parts according to the requirements of the production._- Receiving and handling the confirmations._- Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List._- Tracking shipments, urging them if needed._- Regular, weekly check of the stocks, avoiding overstock._- Minimizing the risk of obsolescence with the help of the weekly check of the obsolete report._- Correspondence with the freight forwarders, warehouses, and in case organizing the transportation._- Dealing with claims,
settling debit and credit issues._- Assuring all active components according to production needs, in time, for the accord price in the request._- Reviews requisitions and MRP output._- Confers with vendors to obtain product information such as price, availability and delivery schedule._- Orders, reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP output._- Maintains procurement records such as items purchased, costs, delivery and inventories._**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience._- Intermediated English level._- Experience Facilities or Engineering Background _- Background Finance desirable _- Proven track record managing material availability to support production schedules (clear-to-build).
