**YOUR TASKS**- Balanceo de la línea de producción con el objetivo de reducir el tiempo muerto y el personal operativo optimo, buscando una eficiencia de operación por arriba del 85%.




- Diseñar y crear el flujo de operación y el layout de una línea con objetivo de buscar el flujo de una pieza.
- Implementación de herramientas (lean manufacturing en el proceso: smed, trabajo estándar, 5S, TPM)- Conocimiento e implementación del sistema de producción FES- Creación y gestión de ideas de mejora con objetivo de generación de ahorro hacia la empresa.
