**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for recruiting for all Technical roles for Mexico and USA.
- Thinking outside of the box to find talent at every opportunity- Developing sourcing strategies along with the HR Manager- Tailoring and posting job listings for open positions- guiding them through the hiring process- Utilize applicant tracking system- keep learning new technologies in A Rapidly Changing Technological World**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree required- Experience working in a start up and/or fast-paced environment- 2-5 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions- Technical recruiting background preferred- Strong sense of responsibility- Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)- Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools- Strong teamwork and ability to welcome differences when working alongside others- Strong knowledge of G-Suite suit including Docs, Sheets and Gmail- High personal integrity- Friendly and approachableAvailability:- Willing to have a base salary and above the market commissions.
