Latino Legends is recruiting an Operations Specialist on behalf of a premier real estate tech client. This role is the financial and operational backbone of a growing Sunbelt portfolio, handling daily reports, AP/AR workflows, vendor communications, and cross-team process improvements.
You will leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation (Make.com, Zapier) to streamline workflows, own end-to-end tasks, and ensure data integrity across systems like Yardi, Avid Xchange, Coda, and Excel.
