We're Hiring | Architect / Civil Engineer – Planning & Control / Technical Coordination | Cancún, MexicoTLDI is looking for an Architect or Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our Project Planning & Control team for a hospitality project in the Cancún area.This is an on-site position for a technically strong professional with hands-on construction experience who can support the team in the review, coordination and preparation of information required for procurement and construction.Key responsibilities:- Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings, identifying inconsistencies, missing information and coordination issues.- Coordinate technical information between designers, consultants, contractors and the Project Management team.- Support constructability reviews and follow up on technical issues affecting construction.- Prepare and organize scope packages, quantity take-offs, catalogs/BOQs and technical information for contractor and subcontractor pricing.- Review contractor quotations and verify alignment with drawings, specifications and defined scope.- Track drawing revisions, RFIs, design comments and pending technical decisions.- Support the release of information required by the construction and procurement teams.What we're looking for:- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in construction, technical coordination,
