Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Cloud Enablement team supporting NORAM and LATAM. Oversee end-to-end cloud onboarding, operations, billing, and service delivery activities. Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements. Manage escalations, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery.
