Requirements
Required Qualifications 3-10 years of experience in HR support or recruiting roles.




Hands-on experience with recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, drafting job posts, and managing candidates through offer and onboarding.
Experience building SOPs from scratch and improving HR workflows, including onboarding, payroll workflows, recruiting processes, and documented handoffs.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now, including creating employee logins and managing access systems.
Familiarity with HR compliance support.
Fluent English communication skills.
Availability to work during US business hours.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workable.
Experience with Indeed.
Familiarity with payroll processing workflows and employee data management.
