No night shift.What You'll DoAssign technicians to work orders based on skill set, location, and workload, adjusting routes and schedules throughout the day to reduce travel time and prevent conflictsCoordinate urgent and after hours maintenance requests, assessing priority and dispatching technicians according to emergency protocolsFlag missed appointments, late arrivals, incomplete notes or photos, and repeat issues, escalating patterns to the Director of MaintenanceTrack key metrics like response time, completion rates, and scheduling accuracy, and collaborate with the maintenance team to review coverage and workload trendsReview technician timecards, material usage,
