Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD = 376 M COP/Year - 474 COP/Year
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English - 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, business development/ sales, within an engineering, industrial infrastructure, or construction environments - Proven success leading new market expansion, opening strategic accounts, and driving revenue growth in emerging territories - Entrepreneurial, results-driven hunter mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and closing new business

A leading general manufacturing and engineering client of Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Director, LATAM to serve as the senior commercial leader across Mexico, Central & South America, and the Caribbean. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall business performance across the region. With full P&L; ownership, this individual will lead a high-performing regional sales organization and translate enterprise commercial strategy into effective, market-specific execution. On a day-to-day basis, the Commercial Director will oversee regional sales performance, guide strategic account engagement, and partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between commercial priorities and operational delivery.
