The
Sr HR Business Partner
serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. This role partners with senior management to develop and execute HR initiatives that support business performance, organizational effectiveness, talent development, employee engagement, and change management.
The idóneo candidate combines strong business acumen with deep HR expertise and a proactive, data-driven approach to solving complex organizational challenges.
Act as the strategic HR partner for assigned business units, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations. Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies. Coach managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, employee development, and organizational culture. Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes. Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and key hiring initiatives.



Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to business leaders. Ensure consistent application of HR policies, employment legislation, and company standards. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations) to deliver integrated HR solutions
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. ~7–10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders. ~ Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational development, talent management, and change management. ~ Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging HR metrics to support business decisions. ~ High level of business acumen and strategic thinking. ~ Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
