A leading company in the industrial construction sector is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to provide field leadership on large-scale projects, including automotive manufacturing facilities, advanced manufacturing plants, mission-critical facilities, and data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities. - Direct multidisciplinary teams, Superintendents, Supervisors, and Trade Partners. - Drive project performance in Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Productivity. - Coordinate construction sequencing, manpower planning, logistics, and subcontractor activities. - Promote a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. - Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders. - Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining project objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management,



Architecture, or related field. - 15+ years of industrial construction experience. - 5+ years in senior field leadership roles. - Proven experience managing large industrial, automotive, manufacturing, mission-critical, or data center projects. - Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. - Experience coordinating multiple trades and large field teams. - Intermediate to Advanced English preferred. - Willingness to travel and relocate as required.
