Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.

- Configure and enhance ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

- Support ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.

- Develop using JavaScript, Glide API, GlideAjax, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Scheduled Jobs.

- Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor.

- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and web services.

- Perform data migration and transformation using Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scripting.

- Troubleshoot scripts, workflows, integrations, and platform performance issues.

- Support upgrades, releases, cloning, patching, and instance maintenance.

- Maintain CMDB data quality and platform governance.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and documentation.

- Mentor junior developers and promote ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Experience





- 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development/administration experience.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript.

- Solid knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow configuration.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.

- Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and automation.

- Knowledge of CMDB and preferably ITOM capabilities.

- Experience troubleshooting and supporting ServiceNow production environments.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development standards and secure coding practices.

Nice to Have

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-ITOM.

- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Orchestration.

- Experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server.

- Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications.

- Experience mentoring developers.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
