First month onsite for training.) Key Responsibilities Process and manage medical billing and insurance billing transactions. Verify payments, collections, reimbursements, and refunds. Review and update invoices and customer account information. Resolve billing inquiries and provide customer support. Follow up on claims, payment discrepancies,



and account balances. Analyze customer accounts and validate payment records. Communicate with customers and internal teams in English. Ensure accuracy and compliance in billing processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or customer service. Advanced English level (C1) required . Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Experience using billing software or invoice management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
