We are expanding our sales team in Mexico City and looking for ambitious, resilient, and results-driven sales professionals to help grow our business across the Americas, with a strong focus on the United States. As a Bilingual Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential business customers, qualifying their needs, and booking demos for our US-based sales team. com, qualifying interest, and creating qualified sales opportunities. This role is idóneo for someone who is energized by phone-based sales, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by daily activity targets, pipeline creation, and performance-based results. - Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and demo show-up rates.




- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound activity, qualified leads, and booked demos.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or call center sales.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above; Resilient, persistent, and motivated by targets and performance metrics.
- Organized and disciplined in tracking follow-ups and sales activity.
- Interest in e-commerce, international trade, or digital business is a plus.
- You generate qualified leads and book demos for the US sales team.
- Your booked demos have strong show-up and conversion quality.
