Ultimate Solar Advanced Technology is looking for a Trilingual Translator to provide professional translation and interpretation support to our Chinese executive management, ensuring clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate communication between Chinese executives and Mexican staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate documents, emails, presentations, reports, and official communications between Spanish, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
- Provide consecutive and/or simultaneous interpretation during meetings, executive visits, client meetings, and audits (in-person and virtual).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all translations and interpretations.
- Adapt content considering cultural and business contexts for Chinese, Mexican, and international audiences.
- Support daily multilingual communication between international teams.
- Review and prepare executive reports and presentations in the three languages.




- Provide linguistic support during corporate events or business activities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, Translation, International Relations, International Business, or related fields.
- Native-level Mandarin Chinese; advanced professional Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- 1-2 years of experience in translation and/or interpretation in a corporate or international environment.
- Understanding of Chinese and Mexican business cultures and intercultural communication.
- Excellent linguistic accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams); familiarity with translation tools is a plus.
