Engagement Director - Order Management
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Order Management operations, drive service excellence, and support business transformation initiatives across customer service and supply chain functions. The role will focus on operational performance, stakeholder management, team leadership, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Order Management operations and service delivery. - Drive operational excellence through KPI and SLA management. - Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to improve performance. - Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues. - Lead transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives. - Develop and coach teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
