Business Intern – Sales & Marketing

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Intern to support our Sales and Marketing activities. This position will provide hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, market research, lead generation, and marketing initiatives.

The idóneo candidate is a highly organized, communicative, and results-oriented individual who is interested in developing a career in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Support the identification and qualification of potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct market and prospect research to identify new leads and target companies.
- Assist with lead generation and maintaining accurate prospect databases.
- Support the preparation of commercial presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups and client communication.
- Update and maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Monitor potential business opportunities and support the follow-up process.
- Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales activities and results.

Marketing

- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist with the creation and coordination of content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.




- Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Help coordinate company events, webinars, networking activities, and other business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and market presence.

Administrative & Business Support

- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain organized records of clients, prospects, campaigns, and commercial activities.
- Support the team with ad-hoc business development and marketing projects.
- Collaborate with different departments to support commercial objectives.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze market information.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM platforms, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
- English proficiency is preferred.
- Availability to work as an intern according to the company's internship schedule.
