Role: Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist (Mexico City Zone 2, Mexico)

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating schedules, and conducting first-round video interviews for a wide range of international positions. You will represent Assetara Limited on camera, evaluate candidate potential, and report directly to top management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate Sourcing & Job Posting: Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Inbound Application Management: Review and process candidate resumes provided directly by the company.
- Interview Scheduling:



Communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp to set up interview slots aligned with their respective time zones.
- Video Interviewing & Recording: Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews per day (Monday to Friday, ~10–15 interviews per week). Recording every video interview is strictly mandatory as part of your reporting to leadership.
- Daily Reporting & Planning: Maintain accurate daily logs, track candidate pipelines, and submit structured daily reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English with clear diction, professional presentation skills, and high confidence on camera.
- HR / Recruiting Background: Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Technical Infrastructure: Dedicated home office setup equipped with a high-definition webcam, clear microphone, and a stable high-speed internet connection.
