Funciones y Responsabilidades /Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Respetar y adherirse a la misión y comportamientos fundamentales de Greatbatch- Integer
- Adherirse a todos los requerimientos de seguridad industrial y calidad
- Dar soporte al Ingeniero en validaciones, proyectos y otras actividades requeridas
- Realizar el alta de herramientas dentro del sistema de calibración (fixturas)
- Mantener y controlar el inventario de herramientas (fixturas)
- Realizar muestras de ingeniería y proveer soporte en experimentos colectando muestras, haciendo mediciones o coordinando análisis relativo a nuevos productos
- Participar en la generación de documentos como procedimientos o instrucciones de trabajo y prueba aportando sus conocimientos
- Dar seguimiento a las validaciones de nuevos productos (si aplica), maquinaria y/o materia prima
- Proveer soporte técnico de proceso y/o producto
- Reconocer discrepancias en los resultados y sigue operaciones a través de una serie de pasos o procesos
- Entrenar a asociados en ensambles de nuevos productos (si aplica) y en procesos en general durante la fase de calificación y una vez completada la misma
- Proveer soporte en la coordinación de envíos de muestras, materiales y herramental entre plantas hermanas
- Proporcionar soporte técnico de proceso y/o producto
- Generar reportes de resultados de las pruebas ejecutadas
- Apoya en la creación de documentación para herramientas
- Seguimiento a reporte de fallas de calibración y NCMR’s relacionados con fixturas y herramientas (si aplica)
- Realizar otras funciones según se requiera





Educación y Experiencia /Education & Experience:

- Preparatoria terminada y experiencia en procesos
- Carrera Técnica en Ingeniería (deseable)
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en posición similar

Conocimiento Especializado /Knowledge & Skills:

- Conocimientos en leguaje de programación e integración de equipos de medición
- Deseable conocimiento en validaciones para industria médica
- Conocimientos solución de de problemas tales como: Root cause, 5 Why’s, Ishikawa, etc
- Ingles nivel intermedio y excelente habilidades de presentación
- Excelente ética de trabajo y trabajo en equipo
- Habilidades computacionales y electrónica
- Paquetería Office
- LabView necesario, LabWindows CVI y/o Visual Basic, deseable
- Multímetro, Osciloscopio, Fuente de Poder, Carga Electrónica, Generador de Funciones, Data logger, protocolos de comunicación (SMBUS, GPIB, I2C, 1-Wire)
- Lock Out/Tag Out, deseable
