Jabil in Mexico (Chihuahua) is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer to support SMT lines on the shop floor. You will set up Pick & Place, program, optimize processes, and troubleshoot to improve yields and throughput while ensuring quality.
You will work with Screen Printer operations, Reflow ovens, SPI/AOI inspection systems, and automation tools. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, mentor operators, and collaborate with suppliers to reduce cycle times and drive cost
