As the Production Control & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production control and logistic activities of the plant, in alignment with the business strategy.

You will lead a team of professionals in charge of customer management and deliveries, production planning, internal and external flows management, and continuous improvement. You will also ensure the adherence to the PC&L; standard processes and the department budget.

Professional Experience:

- At least 10 years of experience in production control and logistics in the automotive industry
- Experience in operations, including Safety and Quality basics
- Experience in Inventory accuracy & cycle counting
- Root causes analysis on inventory discrepancies

Required Knowledge (Technical Competencies)

- Warehouse and Shipping Management in the Automotive Industry
- QAD
- SAP
- FIFO (First In,



First Out) Inventory Management
- Basic Knowledge of Hazard Identification and Environmental Aspects/Impacts Risk Assessment

- English language required

- Knowledge of the ERP processes and tools, and the ability to detect, understand, and solve issues
