As a Cloud Enablement Team Lead, you will lead the end-to-end Cloud Operations & Billing function across North America and Latin America, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage a team of cloud enablement professionals while partnering closely with General Cloud Operations & Billing leaders, cloud vendors (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), Customer Success, Sales, Delivery, Finance,



and Operational Excellence teams to drive business performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Cloud Enablement team supporting NORAM and LATAM.
- Oversee end-to-end cloud onboarding, operations, billing, and service delivery activities.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
- Manage escalations, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and improve key operational metrics including SLA performance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue protection.
