Role Summary
We're hiring for a US-based branding studio that builds brands end to end — visual and verbal identity — for names you know and startups you're about to. We're looking for a senior Motion Graphics Designer to own how our brands move: taking logos, wordmarks and full visual systems and bringing them to life. You'll join a creative team that already has two senior motion designers and cares, a lot, about craft. This is motion identity work — not advertising, not VFX.
‼️ Requirements
Expert in After Effects (2D), with a proven track record executing professional motion — concept to final delivery. (5+ Years)
A reel that's predominantly brand animation / motion identity, where your individual contribution is clear.
Experience producing motion that lives inside brand identity systems.
Strong eye for timing, composition and detail, with a commitment to a high quality bar.
Able to work autonomously, understand a brief,
and take feedback through multiple rounds of review.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Animate brand identity systems — logos, wordmarks, symbols and graphic elements — into cohesive motion.
Integrate motion into broader brand applications: websites, UI, campaigns and social.
Own motion end to end: brief, storyboard, animation, timing/sound, and final delivery.
Produce work that meets the standards of our executive creative director and chief creative officer.
Contribute to case studies that showcase the motion side of our work.

Video editing in Premiere.
Comfort across media — UI, web and footage.
Background at a branding/design studio (vs. a pure advertising agency).
