Relativity Litigation Manager
Location: Remote – Mexico
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery & Litigation Support Manager to lead complex eDiscovery matters while serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do
⚖️ eDiscovery & Litigation Support Management
Manage complex eDiscovery matters from project scoping through final productions and project closure.
Oversee data processing, review workflows, analytics, quality control, productions, and reporting.
Develop project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and engagement protocols.
Monitor deadlines, project performance, budgets, and resource allocation.
Identify risks early and implement strategic solutions to maintain successful project outcomes.
Ensure all matters are managed according to industry best practices and defensible eDiscovery methodologies.

Client Relationship & Service Delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consultative guidance.
Lead discussions regarding workflows, project strategy, service delivery, and client objectives.
Ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience across all assigned matters.
Gather and act on client feedback to improve service quality and operational performance.

Leadership & Team Collaboration
Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Managers and team members.
Assist with resource planning, workload balancing, and delivery oversight.
Share best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Act as a senior resource for complex project, workflow, and client challenges.

Operational Excellence
Track project metrics, utilization,



and service delivery performance.
Support process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Promote accountability, quality standards, and consistent project execution.
Leverage reporting and analytics to enhance client outcomes and team productivity.

✅ What We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
6+ years of experience in eDiscovery, Litigation Support, Legal Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience managing complex, client-facing eDiscovery matters.
Advanced, hands-on experience with Relativity/RelativityOne (Required).
Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Experience overseeing data processing, document review, productions, analytics, and quality control.
Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate with U.S.-based clients and lead meetings entirely in English.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience mentoring or supporting project teams is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Relativity certifications.
ACEDS, PMP, or related industry certifications.
Experience supporting law firms, corporate legal departments, government entities, or major litigation matters.
Experience utilizing reporting dashboards and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits
Direct Contractor: MXN $60,000 - $75,000 monthly (net pay)
