Starting salary: $17,000 MXN/month + Prestaciones de Ley + Department Bonus Opportunities
Monday–Friday 10 AM - 7 PM + One rotational Saturday per month | Full-Time | 100% In-Office
We're a growing U.S. law firm looking for an organized, dependable and professional Intakes & Retains Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be one of the first points of contacts for prospective clients. You will manage scheduled consultation appointments, conduct brief client intakes, coordinate with attorneys and guide new clients through the onboarding process.
What you'll do
- Call prospective clients at their scheduled consultation times.
- Conduct a structured brief intake, by gathering information and accurately completing an internal form.
- Guide clients through the transition from consultation to onboarding by completing all necessary steps on the retains process.
- Follow established procedures, checklists and quality standards.
- Identify issues or incomplete information and escalate them appropriately.
- Maintain professional, empathetic and confident communication with clients througout the process.
What we're looking for
- Fluent English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales, intake, hospitality or similar client-facing roles preferred.
- Able to multi-task and manage scheduled appointments.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to handle sensitive conversations.
- A high level of integrity, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality
Legal experience is welcome but not required. Paid training is provided.
