Market Strategy & Planning:
Formulate the overall business development strategy and annual sales targets for AIoT products (including wearables, audio, tablets, smart screens, and all-scenario ecosystem products) in the Mexico market.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the local consumer electronics market, competitor dynamics, and local consumer preferences to identify new growth opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and deepen partnerships with mainstream local retailers, telecom operators (such as Telcel, AT&T;, etc.), e-commerce platforms, and core distributors in Mexico.
Optimize the channel distribution system to improve product placement, in-store merchandising standards, distribution coverage, and inventory turnover rates for AIoT products.

Plan and execute GTM strategies for new AIoT product launches in the Mexico market, collaborating with the marketing team to design localized promotional campaigns, PR activities, and online/offline sales events.





Coordinate with after-sales and local operations teams to guarantee an exceptional consumer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, Electronic Information, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in sales, Key Account (KA) management, or product operations within the consumer electronics, smart hardware, or home appliance industries.

~ Prior experience in AIoT business development with local mobile brands, major channel distributors, or leading electronics companies in Mexico is highly preferred.

Deep understanding of the smart ecosystem (AIoT) industry, with familiarity in the operational logic of Mexican retail and e-commerce channels.
Spanish native or fluent business-level proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

English as a professional working language to ensure smooth cross-cultural communication with headquarters.
