You will work closely with clients, Sales, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver implementations, and drive successful outcomes while ensuring a strong customer experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders across multiple industriesShare product knowledge, best practices, and technical examples to support successful client implementationsAnalyze issues, identify root causes,



and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them efficientlyOwn communication with Sales and clients through to resolutionSupport installation, implementation, and configuration activities while maintaining project plansCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledgeDeliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and 3rd-level XML supportContribute to team initiatives, mentoring, and continuous improvement effortsRequirementsBA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldAbility to travel up to 25% of the timeStrong consultative skills, including active listening and collaborationExperience resolving client issues using data quality concepts and toolsPrevious consulting experience and fluent EnglishWorking knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Windows and Linux operating systemsExperience with RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle/Postgree), SOAP/JSON web services and XMLFamiliarity with programming, technical documentation, cloud infrastructure, and virtualization technologiesWork In a Way That Works For YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
