General InformationRole (Picklist): Team Lead, Supply Planning (B1/B2)BSv Role: BSv_P2DandSRM Planning Team LeaderBSv Grade: B1General Responsibilities / Accountabilities- Execute day-to-day planning activities for Finished Goods or Materials, ensuring planning outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business requirements.- Support supply planning processes, including plan review, exception management, data validation, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.- Maintain the operational rhythm for the planning process, including routine follow-ups, planning reviews, issue tracking, and timely updates to ensure execution discipline.- Use planning systems to review demand/supply information, update planning parameters, analyze alerts, and support issue resolution; SAP experience is preferred.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as planning, customer service, logistics, procurement, and manufacturing to enable service, inventory, and execution priorities.- Identify, manage, and upscale service risks, blockers, or data issues in a timely manner, ensuring clear ownership, follow-up, and contribution to root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions.- Be accountable for service level performance within the assigned scope, taking ownership of planning outputs, issue resolution follow-up, and proactive communication of risks or deviations.- Communicate clearly in English with internal teams and stakeholders across different geographies.Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification): Optional- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain,
