We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Sr. ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager to join a growing outsourcing company and lead recruitment strategies, drive operational excellence, and develop high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.What will you do?- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Coordinators and Analysts.- Define, monitor, and drive TA KPIs and recruitment performance.- Analyze recruitment sources and optimize sourcing strategies based on data and results.- Build strong relationships with internal leaders and key external stakeholders.- Partner with Marketing and other stakeholders to strengthen Employer Branding and talent attraction strategies.- Develop relationships with universities and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent attraction initiatives.- Evaluate and manage external recruitment providers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs.- Monitor recruitment performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.- Identify opportunities to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and the overall candidate experience.- Support the planning and management of the Talent Acquisition area's annual operating plan.What are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources,
