About the Opportunity On behalf of an established and growing manufacturing organization, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Leader. This confidential role will act as a key strategic partner to site leadership, driving talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and labor relations to support operational excellence and business growth.If you thrive in dynamic, plant/operations environments and excel at balancing business objectives with workforce priorities, we invite you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted HR advisor to site/functional leadership; utilize workforce metrics to guide strategic decision-making and support business transformation.Talent Management & OD: Facilitate performance management, succession planning, high-potential identification, career frameworks, and organizational development initiatives across teams.Culture & Engagement: Design and execute employee engagement strategies, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives to drive retention and continuous improvement.Labor & Employee Relations: Guide leadership on policy application, workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and performance improvement while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.Compensation Strategy:
Partner on compensation planning, salary benchmarking, internal equity, and annual talent planning cycles.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of robust HR experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven setting.Core Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Labor Relations, Compensation, and Organizational Development.Skills: Strong communication, executive presence, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting multi-shift or multi-site manufacturing operations.Proven track record leading culture transformation or large-scale engagement projects.Master's Degree or recognized HR certifications (e.G., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.What's OfferedCompetitive compensation and benefits package.High-visibility position with room to shape HR strategy across the organization.Direct access to senior leadership within a high-performance industrial environment.
