Junior Designer (LATAM, Remote)

We're a retention marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands turn one-time buyers into raving fans. Email, SMS, CRM strategy, the whole nine yards. We work fast, ship often and sweat the details.

We need a junior designer who can keep up.

What you'll be doing:

- Designing email templates, landing pages and branded assets that convert

- Building and maintaining design systems in Figma

- Creating scroll-stopping visuals for our clients' campaigns (think: product launches, flash sales, VIP offers)

- Collaborating with marketing strategists, copywriters and senior designers to refine concepts and ensure visual consistency

- Optimizing designs for conversion and mobile responsiveness

- Iterating quickly based on performance data and feedback

You're a good fit if:

- You live and breathe Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

- You have a sharp eye for typography,



layout and color (we can tell when spacing is off by 2px)

- You care about the tiny things that separate good design from great design

- You work well with cross-functional teams and don't need your hand held

Requirements:

- Based in a LATAM country

- Advanced written and spoken English

- Reliable internet connection

- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Full-time availability within agreed working hours

- Proactive communication with our distributed team

- This is a full-time remote role (independent contractor)

- $900/month to start
