What You'll Do

- Lead the daily operations of Standard Café, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.





- Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑performing front‑of‑house team through hands‑on leadership.

- Maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution across every service.

- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational costs while maximizing efficiency.Build meaningful relationships with guests, anticipating needs and creating lasting impressions.

- Support the implementation of service standards, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
