Key Responsibilities

As an Asterisk Developer, you will:

- Develop, support, troubleshoot and implement new features on our telephonyinfrastructure Fine-tune and support our SIP/telephony application infrastructure,including Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and OpenSIPS.

- Develop and implement new features Work with our front-end GUI team to createinnovative functionalities within our hosted telephony platform.

- Create complex IVRs & dial plans Build, maintain, and enhance IVR flows, call routinglogic, and dial plans within Asterisk.

- Develop and maintain scripting tools Implement automation tools using shell scripting,PHP, or other relevant languages.

- Optimize database performance Collaborate with MySQL DBAs to fine-tune databaseperformance for high availability and scalability.

- Lead and contribute to telephony projects Participate in cross-functional teams toenhance our communication services.

- Support unified communications Implement and enhance voice, text, email, video, andchat solutions for a seamless experience.

- Research and recommend new technologies Stay ahead of the curve by evaluatingand suggesting software and hardware solutions for improved efficiency.





Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of telephony system administration and development experience with Asterisk.

- 2+ years of experience with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or other distributions).

- Experience with AWS, Git, Docker.

- Experience in SaaS, CaaS, or hosted telephony environments.

- Strong programming skills in AGI scripting PHP).

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MySQL and database optimization.

- Hands-on experience in creating and managing IVRs and dial plans within Asterisk.

Bonus / Good to have

- Some experience working with PHP, shell scripting.

- Asterisk upgrade/conversion experience is a strong plus.

- Knowledge of Linux-based telephony applications like OpenSIPS, FreeSWITCH, VoIP.

Salary range $40,000 to $55,000 pesos monthly gross plus:
