The Buyer - I will be responsible for purchasing the materials required to meet the production schedule, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate quantities based on ERP system requirements.

What will you do?

- Generate purchase orders for suppliers based on ERP system recommendations.

- Follow up on materials to ensure required delivery dates are met in the ERP system and comply with the established escalation process.

- Cancel and reschedule purchase orders on a weekly basis, according to production and material requirements.

- Follow up on invoice discrepancies and support their resolution.

- Support activities required to mitigate material shortages and prevent production downtime.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Business Management,



or a related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.

- Knowledge of MRP systems.

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge of SAP and/or ERP systems.

- Knowledge of data analysis.

- Intermediate English proficiency.
