They assess training program effectiveness, manage training budgets, and stay updated on training trends to ensure the organization's training initiatives are aligned with business goals and employee development needs.How You Will Do ItMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.Responding promptly to customer inquiries.Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths,



annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managersDraw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectationsDeploy a wide variety of training methodsConduct effective induction and orientation sessionsMonitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on themManage training budgetProvide opportunities for ongoing developmentResolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessaryMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practicesRequiredWhat we look for:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing.Fluent EnglishProven work experience as a Training ManagerExcellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with databases and spreadsheets.Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail, math's and multi-tasking skills.Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.Good computer and database skillsPreferredManufacturing experience (HVAC a plus)Solving Problem Oriented.Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.What do we offer?
