Subway seeks a Director of Restaurant Technology and Innovation to lead the evolution of the restaurant experience across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Based in Mexico City, you will define and build a pilot for the next generation of Subway restaurants, coordinating with architects, operations, development and digital teams.You will drive the strategy, roadmap and in-restaurant technology adoption across POS, digital ordering, kitchen displays, loyalty and delivery integrations.
