What You'll DoSupport and analyze patient registration, admission, discharge, transfer, and hospital operations workflows within Epic.Support system requests, incidents, and workflow issues related to Grand Central and Prelude.Assist with the analysis, configuration, testing, and validation of application changes.Work with healthcare organizations to understand patient access, registration, and hospital operational requirements and translate them into application solutions.Support workflows related to patient demographics, registration, admissions, discharges, transfers, patient location, insurance, coverage, guarantor information, and patient identity.Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate appropriate resolutions with technical, clinical, and operational teams.Participate in testing, quality assurance, and validation of system enhancements.Create and maintain application documentation, workflow materials, and support resources.Collaborate with registration staff, patient access teams, hospital operations, HIM teams, clinical departments, and technical stakeholders supporting U.S. healthcare clients.Help ensure that patient and encounter information is accurate, complete, and available across the appropriate hospital workflows.Support initiatives focused on registration accuracy, patient flow, operational efficiency, and workflow optimization.
