UKG Workforce Management and/or UKG ProAdvanced Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data modelingStrong SQL skills and experience working with large datasetsExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization toolsExperience with data reconciliation, validation, reporting automation, and process improvementSolid understanding of workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, recruiting, payroll, and organizational effectivenessStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsYou'll partner closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, HRIS, and business leaders to improve workforce reporting, data quality, dashboards, automation, and analytics.Interested?
