Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter and other platformsNeed to source ***** profiles per role and manage 4-5 roles simultaneouslyBuild and manage talent pipelines for current and future rolesSend outreach messagesSenior researchers engage with project teams and participate in calibrationPartner with recruiters to align on role requirementsTrack sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRMShare market insights and suggest sourcing improvementsMust-haves
Experience sourcing candidates using Linked In Recruiter and CrunchbaseMust understand deeply tech startups, funding stages, B2 B vs B2 C businessesKnows how to analyze profiles beyond surface levelStrong written communication skills (English)Ability to identify and engage passive talentBasic understanding of the hiring processOrganized and detail-orientedRequired to be available 9-12 EST for meetings regardless of timezoneNice-to-haves
Experience working in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)Understanding of Boolean search techniques
