Mule Soft Developer (L4)
We are seeking a Mule Soft Developer (L4) to help build a modern, unified digital experience platform for a large multi-venue hospitality and entertainment organization.
In this senior, hands‐on integration role, you'll architect and deliver a scalable API and middleware layer that powers personalized guest journeys, real‐time itinerary orchestration, and seamless interactions across web, mobile, and kiosk applications.You will work at the intersection of enterprise integration, API‐led connectivity, and cloud‐native engineering, designing and implementing complex system interactions that bring a next‐generation digital ecosystem to life.
As part of a cross‐functional product team, you'll collaborate closely with experience designers, architects, and data engineers to ship production‐ready features that elevate both guest experience and operational efficiency.What You'll DoDesign and implement robust Mule Soft APIs, integrations, and flows using API‐led architectureIntegrate legacy systems, Saa S platforms, hospitality solutions, and third‐party services into a unified middleware layerDevelop reusable connectors, Data Weave transformations, and scalable integration componentsSupport implementation of a headless CMS (Contentful) and CDP by exposing, orchestrating, and transforming dataDiagnose, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for complex integration challenges across distributed environmentsApply performance, reliability, observability, and security best practices across all Mule Soft servicesCollaborate closely with experience designers, architects, and data engineers to deliver cohesive, production‐ready featuresParticipate in technical design reviews, architectural discussions, and iterative product planningBuild cloud‐native,



scalable services that support real‐time, personalized guest experiencesImplement testing strategies (unit, integration, functional) to maintain high quality and minimize regressionsContribute to continuous improvement, operational readiness, and incident resolutionRequirements
Required Skills & QualificationsAdvanced experience with Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, API‐led architecture, and enterprise integration patternsExpertise in RAML‐based API design, Mule flows, reusable components, and Data WeaveStrong background integrating complex ecosystems including legacy platforms, Saa S products, and third‐party APIsAbility to diagnose, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions for complex integration and data orchestration challengesUnderstanding of cloud‐native architecture, distributed systems, and API scalability best practicesExperience supporting headless CMS integrations (ideally Contentful) and customer data platformsFamiliarity with cross‐platform digital experience architectures (web, mobile, kiosk) and how they interact with middlewareStrong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to evaluate alternative integration approachesNice to HaveExperience with Vercel or similar serverless deployment environmentsBackground in hospitality, entertainment, or high‐volume customer experience systemsFamiliarity with real‐time or event‐driven patterns (Kafka, Webhooks, etc.)Experience with observability and monitoring tools for distributed systemsPrior work on large‐scale, high‐visibility digital transformation programsExperience using AI‐assisted development tools such as Vibes, Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, or Open AI CodexFamiliarity with modern development environments such as VS Code, Cursor, or ZedSeniority level
