The position requires a high level of autonomy, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Financial CoordinationOversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processesValidate billing accuracy and resolve complex discrepanciesGenerate and manage purchase ordersMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer recordsDevelop and present administrative and operational reports to Plant ManagementIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement controlsCustomer Service & Order ManagementCoordinate and manage customer orders within ERP systemsEnsure on-time and accurate order fulfillment (OTIF)Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and escalationsAnalyze customer issues and drive resolution in coordination with internal teamsMaintain strong communication with Sales,
