We are seeking ahighly motivated Licensed Project Architectto join our team.
The idóneo candidate has a strong background in residential and multifamily projects, with at least5 years of professional experiencedelivering quality architectural designs and documents.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of residential and multifamily projects from concept through completion
Prepare and reviewconstruction drawings, documents, and specifications
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
Oversee compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and client requirements
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
Licensed Architect
Minimum of5 years of architectural experience
Proficient inRevit and Auto CAD
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and documentation processes
Experience with residential and multifamily project types
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to work remotely during U. S. business working hoursWork-from-home requirement:
