Use Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other tools to build strong candidate pipelines.
Conduct initial interviews to assessEnglish level, sales potential, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and provide timely candidate updates.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
Contribute to creative sourcing strategies (campaigns, outreach messages, referral programs).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
QualificationsBachelor's degreein Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of recruiting experience , ideally in sourcingsales or customer-facing rolesfor the US market.
Knowledge ofsales role profiles , particularly SDRs.
