that focuses on the execution of operational processes of a Human Resource department and supports an HR Business Partner in CDMX.What you will be doing:Your typical day as anHRInternwill involve:Responsibilities:Onboarding support.Support in general employee queries.Responsible for managing new hire documentation and HR database.Support in communications & events of HR and CDMX Site.Participation and support in HR projects.To be successful in this role, you must have the following:Excel knowledge (Basic formula, filters, database administration)Willingness to learn.Attend Office 3 times per weekSupport HR team 25 hours per week.Intermediate to advance English.Preferred Skills:Excellent Oral and Written communicationMicrosoft Skills.Basic HR Generalist Skills.Service attitude team playerOrganized and self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-taskWe offer:Career plan and real growth opportunitiesConstant training, tutoring, online corporate courses, e Learning and morePleasant work environment (game room, nap area, amenities and more).
