As aTech Lead Full Stackwith a strongsoftware architecture mindset , you will lead the technical delivery of digital products end-to-end—hands-on when needed—while guiding teams toward scalable, secure,



and maintainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and evolution of technology solutions, ensuringscalability, performance, security, and maintainability.Drive architectural decisions and trade-offs (e.g.,microservices vs modular monolith ), applying patterns such asDDD ,Clean/Hexagonal Architecture , andevent-driven approacheswhen relevant.Design, build, and evolveREST APIs , including versioning, contract-first practices ( Open API ), backward compatibility, and robust error handling.Define and enforce engineering standards:clean code , testing strategy, code reviews, observability, security practices, andCI/CD.Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a strong delivery culture and continuously raising the engineering bar.Partner with Product, QA, UX, and stakeholders to refine scope, assess technical risks, shape the roadmap, and deliver incrementally.EncourageAI-first engineering practices(Copilot/Gen AI) with proper governance: quality gates, security, traceability, and testing.Who You Are10+ yearsof software engineering experience with proven technical leadership (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or strong senior with leadership responsibilities).
Strong backend expertise inJava(ideally 17/21/25+)or.
NET , with solid testing practices (e.g.,JUnit/Mockitoor. NET equivalents) and performance awareness.Strong frontend expertise inAngular(ideally 12+) withType Script ,Rx JS , frontend architecture, and performance best practices.Proven ability to design and communicate software architecture:



microservices/modular monoliths, Clean/Hexagonal, SOLID principles, integration patterns, and API design.Strong engineering fundamentals:CI/CD , Git workflows, code review practices, observability (logs/metrics/traces), and a secure-by-design mindset.Nice to have / Strong plusKafka/Rabbit MQ , event-driven architectures,CQRS , saga/outbox patterns.Docker/Kubernetes ,Terraform/Ia C , and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
OAuth2/OIDC , JWT, and security best practices (OWASP).
Experience in high-traffic systems, performance tuning, and caching strategies.Experience working inAI-assisted engineeringenvironments and setting quality/security guardrails.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence decisions and align teams.Professional English ( B2+ preferred ) for general collaboration and documentation.More About PALO IT
