This position will focus on hiring technical and G&A; talent and will partner closely with our local teams.
The role will involve sourcing and closing talent while building defined hiring strategies and robust pipelines.
It will be important to be able to operate with efficiency within our TA systems, following all processes/policies and compliance regulations while being a source of knowledge for the team on hiring in the hiring market.
A deep understanding of the talent market is critical as are strong skills in sourcing and closing Mid and Senior level talent.This position will be hybrid from our Mexico City office as part of our expanding site location.
