Summary:A Senior Key Account Manager at MIDEA is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients or accounts.
They act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, developing tailored solutions that drive profitability, strengthen market presence, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams, the Senior KAM delivers integrated strategies to achieve MIDEA's business objectives and sustain competitive advantage in the market.Responsibilities & ObjectivesManage and strengthen the commercial relationship with Liverpool as a key strategic accountLead and track forecast, sell-in, sell-out, and ensure alignment with business targetsMonitor and optimize inventory levels and product catalog within the accountPlan and execute promotional strategies, pricing, and commercial initiativesAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesDrive revenue growth through strategic account planning and executionEnsure effective cross-functional collaboration (sales, marketing, operations, product)Monitor account performance through KPIs and provide actionable insightsLead negotiations and commercial agreements to maximize profitabilityExperience & Background+5 years of experience in Sales / Key Account Management or related rolesMandatory:
