As a fast-growing, bootstrapped company, we are looking for a highly capable and detail-orientedSenior Accountantto support our accounting operations, financial reporting, and forecasting processes.
This role is idóneo for someone who combines strong accounting fundamentals with financial analysis skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting strategic decision-making through reporting and forecasting, and ensuring operational excellence across accounting and payroll processes.Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain and update companycash flow forecasts and financial modelson a weekly basis
Track and report key business metrics includingLTV, CAC, Gross Margin per placement, and Net Revenue Retention
Prepare monthly financial reports includingP&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Extract and analyze data fromQuick Books Online and Hub Spotto maintain accurate financial dashboards
Accounting Operations
Own the fullAccounts Payable (AP)andAccounts Receivable (AR)processes
Manage invoicing and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow
Execute accurate and timelymonth-end closeprocesses
Ensure transactions are properly coded, reconciled, and maintained withinQuick Books Online
Payroll Administration
Support and manage cross-border payroll operations for150+ employees and contractorsacross Latin America
Ensure timely and accurate payments across multiple currencies and payment platforms
Maintain payroll accuracy and support related financial reconciliationsRequirements




4–7 years of experience infinance, accounting, or financial reporting
Strong understanding ofaccounting principles and financial analysis
Experience working inB2 B services, Saa S, staffing, or recruiting industries
Advanced proficiency inExcel and/or Google Sheets , including financial modeling and large datasets
Strong experience withQuick Books Online
Experience handlingcross-border payments and payroll processes in LATAM
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailNice to Have
Experience working in ahigh-growth startup or bootstrapped company
Experience building or improving financial dashboards and reporting processes
Familiarity with Saa S metrics and operational finance KPIs
Experience supporting executive leadership with financial insights and forecastingBenefits
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
