This is ahigh-impact, client-facing rolewhere you will design and implement advanced automation systems, integrate AI-driven processes, and ensure seamless execution of marketing operations.

ImplementAI-driven automation systemsto improve marketing and operational efficiency
Test all automations rigorously to ensure accuracy, performance, and zero errors before deployment
Create and maintain detailedStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and workflow documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients when required
Maintain consistent responsiveness and clear communication across all projects
Continuously improve systems for scalability, efficiency, and performance
Must-Have:
Proven hands-on experience withGo High Level (GHL)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (strict requirement)
High attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
Experiencedocumenting workflows and building SOPs
Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
Spanishlanguage skills
Nice-to-Have:
Experience working in amarketing agency environment
