We are seeking aSenior Backend Developerto join the Sales Management team for a high-impact project with a leading automotive company headquartered in Fremont, California.
The Senior Backend Developer will work on a mission-critical, in-house CRM platform that supports global sales operations and covers the full sales lifecycle, directly impacting revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What you bring
5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments
Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems
Experience working with real-time data pipelines and event-driven systems
Proficiency inPythonand/orGo
Experience with relational databases such asPostgre SQL
Experience with large-scale data systems such asClick House
Hands-on experience withOpen Searchor similar search technologies
Experience with message brokers such asKafkaandRabbit MQ
Strong understanding of scalable system design and high-throughput architectures
Advanced English proficiency(spoken and written) is required

Experience working with AI-driven or agentic workflow systems
